The Alpha Pilates Systems Alpha Barrel Arm Chair is an innovative Pilates exercise device that combines the benefits of the Ladder Barrel and the timeless Pilates Arm Chair, offering a rich full-body strengthening and flexibility exercise program.

It consists of a wooden bar made of solid beech and a barrel of wooden construction that becomes a seat, while with the extension of the Barrel Arm Chair Sitting Box provided as an option, you create a large platform on which you can also perform Pilates Cadillac Trapeze exercises.

The high-density orthopedic pillow made of EVA material provides comfort and support during exercises. The large range of motion of the barrel offers personalization to the needs of the exerciser, while it has 3 different points for placing the springs with the handles (double loop straps) which are offered in 2 different resistances for a truly customized exercise. It is also supplied with a flat foot plate for more comfort in the application of exercises.
