Springs for Pilates Reformer

The springs of Pilates Reformer they are made of durable high-quality steel, with a nickel-plated finish and tapered ends. The hooks we use in Reformer Springs they are rotatable and painted with electrostatic paint in different colors per resistor.

They are provided in 4 different resistances to adapt the exercise to the resistance you desire.

All Alpha Pilates pilates beds are equipped with 5 springs of different resistances. 1 yellow, 1 blue, 2 red, 1 green.

The yellow spring is extremely soft and is ideal for hand exercises. Recommended for upper extremity rehabilitation exercises.
